Mobile services of the Ukrainian Embassy

In the coming weeks, the Ukrainian embassy will be going into the country on Saturdays for their services to Ukrainians. Saturday 23 July, the embassy is coming to Almelo.

The exact location is not yet known. Keep an eye on the Facebook page of the Ukrainian Embassy. The following week, on 30 July, the embassy will visit Groningen.

The consular department of the Ukrainian Embassy in The Hague helps Ukrainians with the following:

  • Arranging a certificate for Ukrainians who only have a domestic passport;

  • Adding a child to the parents' passport;

  • Renewing expired passports; and

  • Arranging statements that Ukrainians need for matters concerning their home or work.

Two passport photographs are required for the certificate and for enrolling a child in a passport. For adding the child in the passport, the parent must also bring the child's birth certificate.

Last Saturday, the embassy was also present in Eindhoven. A Bunq mobile team was also present there to open bank accounts.

Please note: New passports can be applied for, but there is no indication of when they can be issued, as the passports have to come from Kiev and no passports are being sent at the moment. In addition, the Ukrainian embassy cannot do anything for refugees from Ukraine with a nationality other than Ukrainian.
