Are you staying in the area of Rotterdam, The Hague, Dordrecht or Zeeland, and do you need help with anything or do you have any questions? From now on you can use RefugeeHelp to make an appointment for online consulting with VluchtelingenWerk Nederland.

Online office hours

You can visit the consultation hour of VluchtelingenWerk with all your questions about life in the Netherlands. About housing, work, education and finances, but also about the rights and obligations that you have as a refugee from Ukraine.

In addition, the online consultation hours are there to help you with filling out forms and getting in touch with official institutions such as the municipality, the Belastingdienst, the IND, and your health insurer. An appointment will take half an hour maximum and takes place online via Google Meet. It is possible to have the conversation in your own language. An interpreter will be present then.

The employees of VluchtelingenWerk that run the online consultation hours are specialised in Dutch policy for refugees from Ukraine. Therefore they can help you with specific information about your own situation.

The online consultation hours are currently given only in the southwestern part of the Netherlands. If the trial is successful, it may be expanded to other regions in the future.
