If you have fled from Ukraine and been rejected at one of the three registration locations (HUB) for refugees from Ukraine, this article will tell you what your options are if you are rejected.

What is a registration location (HUB)?

When you arrive in the Netherlands, you are entitled to a place in a reception centre. If you have fled from Ukraine and fall under the Temporary Protection Directive, you can register at a registration location. This is called a HUB. From a registration location you will be helped to find a place in a reception centre, food and medical care.

There are three registration locations in the Netherlands:

  1. Amsterdam: Stationsplein 51-71, west exit, near Zilveren Toren (open all week from 08:00 to 21:00)

  2. Rotterdam: Max Eeuwelaan 1 (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for direct reception, registration and referral to another reception centre only between 10:00 and 18:00)

  3. Utrecht: Jaarbeurs, Hall 5 (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

What are my options if I am rejected?

If you have been rejected from a HUB and have questions about this or you don't know what to do now or where to turn, you can contact VluchtelingenWerk Nederland (VWN) with your questions.
