Language lessons by Juf NaTAALka

Learning Dutch is not an easy task. To help you, Juf NaTAALka makes helpful videos in which she teaches you the Dutch language. Juf NaTAALka was born and raised in Kiev and has been living in the Netherlands for years. In cooperation with Vluchtelingenwerk Nederland, she teaches you the Dutch language in a fun way. She also includes Dutch customs and adds a touch of Ukrainian. The lessons can be found on the YouTube channel of Juf NaTAALka. Do you want to learn about a specific subject and is it not yet in the list of videos? Then leave a comment on one of Juf NaTAALka's videos and let her know what subject you would like to learn more about. Have fun learning, reading, writing and of course: speaking!


NT2 TaalMenu - Learn Dutch for free online

Do you want to learn Dutch or practice for the integration exam? On the website of NT2 TaalMenu, you can practice online for free.


Introduction to Dutch - University of Groningen

Learn to speak, write and understand basic Dutch, with this free, three-week, introductory foreign language course.


It starts with language

At 'Het Begint met Taal', you can find a voluntary language coach (one-to-one or in a group) throughout the Netherlands. A language coach will practice Dutch with you as a 'language buddy' in a language café or online. The main purpose of language coaching is to be able to participate in society.


BOOST Amsterdam

At BOOST Amsterdam, various activities such as language classes, playing sports, sewing and eating lunch are organized. You can drop by whenever you want so they can tell you more about their program. BOOST is opened from Monday until Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM.


Textbook: Dutch for Ukrainians

Would you like to learn Dutch on your own? Then "Dutch for Ukrainians" from NT2 is a good basic course on level A1. You can use this if you have little or no knowledge of the Dutch language. Refugees from Ukraine can order the book with 25% discount (without shipping costs within the Netherlands) via the website below.


Italki

Through the Italki website you can learn several new languages, including Dutch. The website, which is also available as an app, offers you the opportunity to get in touch with language teachers or native speakers. So you can get one-to-one lessons of good quality. You can choose to pay for lessons with language teachers or you can communicate with other language partners for free.


Learning Dutch on YouTube

On YouTube, there are several channels offering language lessons for Ukrainian speakers who want to learn Dutch. Juf NaTAALka is from Ukraine and teaches Dutch language skills on her YouTube channel. Juf Marijke has made a number of videos on her YouTube channel Geflipt ?! in which she, together with primary school children and a Ukrainian interpreter, teaches you more about various subjects.
