Terms and conditions for digital contact

Video appointments take place via Microsoft Teams, a secure program. You are responsible for providing a device that works properly and a reliable internet connection.

A chat takes place via WhatsApp. The content of the app is encrypted.

Everything discussed during the conversation is confidential. You and the staff member(s) will not share any information from the conversation with others. Others are not permitted to listen in or watch without your permission and that of the VWN staff member.

Recording the conversation in any way is prohibited. This applies to audio, video, screen recordings, photos or other recordings. AI assistants, AI note-taking tools and external transcription services are also prohibited without prior permission. A recording may only be made with the clear, prior consent of everyone involved.

Personal data is processed with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Only the data necessary to schedule the appointment and answer your questions will be used. The organisation is taking steps to protect your data. It is recommended that you conduct the call in a private space and over a secure internet connection. Do not share the invitation link with others.

The organisation is not responsible for problems caused by technical malfunctions. Problems resulting from careless use of equipment or the Internet are your own responsibility.
