Terms and conditions for virtual consultations

Video appointments take place via Microsoft Teams, a secure program. You are responsible for providing a device that works properly and a reliable internet connection.

The organisation is not responsible for problems caused by technical malfunctions. Problems resulting from careless use of equipment or the Internet are your own responsibility.

Recording the conversation in any way is prohibited. This applies to audio, video, screen recordings, photos or other recordings. A recording may be made only with the clear, prior consent of everyone involved.

Personal data is processed with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Only the data necessary to schedule the appointment and answer your questions will be used. You have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and - where applicable - objection.

The organisation is taking steps to protect your data. It is recommended that you conduct the call in a private space and over a secure internet connection. Do not share the invitation link with others.
