This is what happens when you arrive in the Netherlands via a port or airport
If you leave Ukraine, you can travel to the Netherlands without a visa for the first 90 days. Do you arrive in the Netherlands via an airport or port and have a Ukrainian passport or a permanent Ukrainian residence permit? Then the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee will check whether you may travel into the Netherlands.

Make an appointment at the IND to apply for and collect your proof of residence
The Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) investigates whether you meet the conditions for temporary protection in the Netherlands. Do you meet the conditions? Then you will receive a sticker or a pass as proof that you may stay in the Netherlands.
